stick navigation in this type of game hooray
Ok so what makes the people at EA think that anyone who has a console could even be remotely interested in picking up an eighteen month old game…let alone one that doesn’t seem to be that user friendly without a mouse. That’s exactly what they’re doing, and that’s not all.

Yup, EA confirmed in the third-quarter of fiscal year 2010 report yesterday that Spore will hit the consoles around the first-quarter of 2011…meaning anywhere between January and March. Woo? Not only are we getting Spore…but we’ll also have a chance to play The Sims 3 around the same timeframe. Yeah, still not so excited for those.

I would love for The Sims 3 to come over. The thing is, it would work on consoles, but I’m afraid that they will ruin it like all the other ones. The most fun Sims game on the console was the original Sims. It worked. I can only hope this one does.

You know what, I bought Spore: Creature Creators when it first came out. Then realized I needed an internet connection to set the game up because EA wanted to do it that way. I STILL don’t have internet at home and the game just sits on my desktop. :(

Hey, at least it will be DRM free on consoles.
